Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna and Medicare only at this time. For all other insurances, I am considered out-of-network and will be able to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement from them. Here’s a call script to help guide you while you verify your out of network coverage with your insurance.

Eligibility will vary with each plan, so we do encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify coverage before booking.
