Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna and Blue Shield insurance plans. For all other insurances, I am considered out-of-network and will be able to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement from them.

Eligibility will vary with each plan, so we do encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify coverage before booking.
