What level of support are you currently needing for your nutrition care
I aim to provide comprehensive nutrition care to everyone I work with. This requires time, energy, and financial investment, with packages starting at $450. Are you in a place to commit to this level of investment for your health? We can further discuss a nutrition plan for you during our call.
I operate as a direct-pay, out-of-network practice. Many health plans offer out-of-network medical nutrition therapy benefits, which could make you eligible for partial or full reimbursement. I highly recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your coverage for out-of-network medical nutrition therapy. I can provide superbills for our sessions, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Happy to help guide you through this process on our call as well!(Required)
