Hi! I’m Yi Min Teo

she/her/hers

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of Herbs and Food – a virtual private practice specializing in digestive health and culturally-sensitive nutrition counseling.

My mission is to empower others with the knowledge, skills and confidence to navigate their health issues and live their best life possible.

I believe that things in life do not happen in isolation, and neither does nutrition! “One-size-fits-all” approaches often are not helpful and can cause unnecessary fear and confusion. Everyone’s nutrition needs are unique, and therefore deserves personalized quality care.

Everyone's welcome here.

I’m passionate about providing culturally-sensitive care with compassion and integrity.

So that you can achieve peace (and freedom!) from your symptoms as well as your relationship with food.
